Activation of " Cue System" in Sharjah Residency to Reduce Reviewers Congestion

Call Waiting (CUE System) has been activated in the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Sharjah, to reduce reviewers congestion in the halls of entry permits and residency, after starting in the service of the abolition of business cards and residence extracted from Sharjah electronically, this comes in the framework of new linking project through the exchange of electronic data between the Directorate and the Ministry of Labor to facilitate the dealers and to ensure the accuracy of the data on both sides.


Brigadier General Dr. Abdullah Bin Sahoo Director-General of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Sharjah said: the service have been activated before Eid Al-Fitr holiday, as soon as possible as a solution to reduce congestion, and to meet the desire of the reviewers and communicate with them and provide better services and to facilitate the procedures of individuals and institutions, this step comes within the strategic objectives and priorities of the Ministry of Interior, which aims to reach excellence in providing services in line with the civilized face of the state and achieve the vision of wise government.


For his part, Colonel Abdulaziz Algotairi Director of Entry Permits and Residence Administration said that dealers have expressed their satisfaction with the service, giving thanks to the speed to meet their requirements and their feedback and attention to their views and added that t Sharjah Residency put in priorities to provide the best services to the public, and the highest standards of quality and fast productivity and accurate delivery to achieve customer satisfaction.
