«Sharjah Residency» Allocated Office for «Customer Service»

General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Sharjah has allocated a new office to serve the dealers at Sharjah International Airport passports control Department, through initiative from Major Mohammed Abdullah Borahimh head of the department.

Borahimh announced to «AlKhaleej» that the Office will provide key services, especially the abolition of residencies and print via «HALA»  service bureau at Sharjah Airport Authority, in addition to issuing departure permits, which are printed inside the airport terminal, and entry permits for all visitors from residents and escorts for the citizens of the Gulf Cooperation Council, of the categories of domestic servants, and others, through the «Online» service and «Q-System», in addition to ending procedures of the correctional and penal institutions guests and deportation procedures, and the services will be provided 24 hours a day seven days a week, so as not to collide with the time difference with any other country.

He added that the creation of the office comes as a translation of the combination of local and federal efforts, and stressed that the directives of HH Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has a large and obvious impact in supporting the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners affairs in Sharjah, and close follow up of HH Sheikh Sultan Bin Mohammed Bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and in accordance with the instructions of HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior on the need to raise the level of services to customers and to devote the overall quality concepts.

Mohammed Borahimh Considered that this office represents a step forward in work organization, and the provision of services in each positions of the management deployed in the emirate, and that with vigorous follow-up of Colonel Arif Mohammed Al Shamsi, Director General of Administration, for the development of its customers services system, according to the standards of classification customer service centers project «7 Star».
