Bin Sahoo Stressed on the need to Speed Transactions Completion and to Simplify Procedures

Brigadier Dr Abdullah Ali Saeed Bin Sahoo, Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Sharjah has paid an inspection visit to the service centers in the eastern region, in order to follow up the work and stand on the obstacles that might be faced, the visit comes in implementation of the initiative "Commander in the Field" which was launched by of Sharjah Residency early last year, aiming to follow up the work closely and to identify obstacles and explore the needs of the internal and the external customers, to rise their confidence with their efficiency of services provided by public administration and it’s all organizational units, as an implementation of the strategy of the Ministry of Interior.

Brigadier Bin Sahoo began his visit to Khatm Milaha passports control office, and inspects its sections and the proper workflow, and then moved to Khor Fakkan port, where he was briefed on all records and documents.

Director General of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Sharjah directed officials of the organizational units to the need to work on the speed of completion of the transactions and the simplification of procedures for providing special services to customers, taking into consideration the security aspect. He stressed that the field visits, and follow-up workflow in the departments and divisions and offices of the administration, comes in implementation of the directives of Major General Khalifa Hareb Al Khaili, Assistant Undersecretary for Naturalization, Residency and Ports, which in turn is derived from the directives of HH Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, on the need to simplify and facilitate the procedures and speed the completion of transactions for the public, in conformity with customer service Charter.
