Major General Al Hudaidi Patronizes 1st Forum of Best Practices at Sharjah Security Area SSA

 Inaugurating the 1st Forum for Best Practices in Police Depts held at Police Academy, Major General Humid Mohammed Al Hudaidi, General Commander of Sharjah Police, and Head of SSA has stressed the commitment of higher leadership to excellence and honoring of all best practices and applications in the arena of police and security, a matter that urges upon personnel to put forward innovative ideas and improve quality of services rendered to the public. Inauguration ceremonies were attended by Brig Dr. Abdullah bin Sahoo, director of Residency and Foreigners' Affairs GD, Brig Abdullah Al Suaidi, director of Civil Defense, Colonel Mohammed Rashid Biyyat, director of Support Services Dept and an assemblage of officers, noncommissioned ones and winners of Best Practices at SSA as part of Ministry of Interior's Excellence Award.
Experiences
Major General Hamadi Mohammed Al Hudaidi stressed the importance of benefiting from world best practices, especially from the experience of Arab Spring countries which have seen disputes and instability. He also added that Sharjah Police via its participation in international conferences got acquainted with distinguished experiences in the security arena. Lt Colonel Abdullah bin Nassar, director of Strategy and Performance Development Dept made a presentation on the Experience of Netherlands in the field of best security practices.

Other presentations on best practices were delivered by Major Mohammed Batti, winner of Innovation and Creativity Award for his experience( appointment via ID), Lieutenant Sultan Mohammed Al Hamadi on his experience ( deserted wells), First Warrant Officer Khadija Mohammed Aisa on her experience( training of people with special needs), Sergeant Khalil Musa Al Housani on his experience ( Electronic Testing Program), legal researcher Lamiya Abdul Rahman on her experience ( Haua( Eve) Committee) and Lieutenant Sultan Obied Al Ghazal on his experience ( Electronic Supervision).
