Major General Al Hudaidi Pays an Inspection Visit to Sharjah International Airport

As part of regular inspection visits program adopted by Higher Leadership Committee of Sharjah Security Zone, and the internal communication policy, Major General Humaid Mohammed Al Hudaidi, General Commander of Sharjah Police and Commander of Security Zone paid an inspection visit to Sharjah International Airport. He was accompanied by Colonel Sultan Abdullah Al Khayyal, Director of Media and Public Relations Dept and Lt Colonel Abdullah Ibrahim Nassar, Director of Strategy and Performance Development Dept, and was received by Brigadier Abdullah Saeed Al Suaidi, Director of Civil Defense, Colonel Salim Al Muzaini, Colonel Abdul Rahman Obeid Sahoo of Genera Directorate of Residency and Foreigners' Affairs, Colonel Mohammed Ali Al Ghazal, Deputy - Director of Ports Dept, Major Mohammed Shuhail Al Tunaiji, Deputy – Director of Airport Police Station in addition to an assemblage of officers. Major General Al Hudaidi toured in the beginning of his visit the various sections of Residency and Foreigners' Affairs Dept and ensured the smooth flow of work.

He then headed to reception unit where he urged upon employees the importance of promptness in completing travelling procedures without detriment to accuracy and vigilance.

His visit has coincided with the visit of some school students to the airport, so, he seized upon that opportunity and talked to them about security children publications, urging them to take part in Al Shurti Al Saqeer Magazine. He also listened to passengers' feedback on services.

Finally, he met with HE Hassan bin Dimas, Director of Passengers' Custom Center at the airport, and employees of the center, lauding their great role in detecting prohibited materials. He also directed the formation of a special committee to study the suggestion of integrating Iris Scan with reception units at the Arrival Hall in a bid to shortcut procedures.

He finally thanked all staff of the airport, urging them to devotion and exertion of more efforts in order to uplift quality of work.
