Brigadier General Dr. Abdullah Ali Saeed Bin Sahoo, General Manager of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Sharjah, stressed the importance of human resource development, because of the importance for the development of employee performance management, which in turn leads to improve the level of service provided to the public.

The speech from General Manager of Residency and Foreigners Affairs at the opening of the training course organized by the Department of Human Resources and Training Branch and the development of performance and to explain the contents of the training bag prepared by a number of elements from the Department.

16 members attended the session of the new male and female employees, and will continue for a period of 3 weeks will be defined by the participants on all issues and actions related to visa and residence for being the most important services provided by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Sharjah.

Brigadier Bin Sahoo at the beginning of the opening session welcomed the participants and urged them to focus on the importance of the content which will be presented to them in order to achieve the benefit of the preparation of the training bag.

Brigadier General Abdullah bin Sahoo, pointed out that the preparation of this portfolio by excellence members of management is the first step in the process of training, noting that the Department will seek to turn it into a digital bag in the future so that the training of personnel in external offices will be at the same time, and stated that this was a source of pride for management for providing all training requirements within the administration building and without the use of third-party, where they were to rely on trained officers, management, production of training material, and equipped training room, meet the purposes of training.

General Manager of Residency and Foreigners Affairs of Sharjah, he thanked the Department of Human Resources and Branch of Training and development of performance, for their efforts in organizing training courses, and expressed the hope in the pursuit of the best ways and means to develop a modern training level of staff.

Bin Sahoo attributed the credit to His Excellency Major General Nasser Al Awadi Al Menhali Assistant Undersecretary for Naturalization and Residence and ports, for his support and continued encouragement, also attributed to the Emirates Institute for the nationality of the ongoing collaboration to stimulate elements of the Department.

For his part, Major Abdulrahman Sahoo, head of human resources, pointed out that the main objective of organizing this session, which comes based on the instructions the Director-General is to develop the capacity of new staff so that they are familiar with all laws, visas, residency, and so the Department can apply the concept of comprehensive employee services to the public as required.
