Nasser Menhali: Tougher Sanctions Contributed to Reduce in the Proportion of Offenders

Assistant Undersecretary for Naturalization and Residency and outlets Major General Nasser Menhali confirmed  that the methodology of the Ministry of Interior  is seeking to formalize visions of our wise leadership for excellence and quality in their performance through applying  citizenship laws, passports, visas and residence for foreigners, In addition to facilitation work procedures and simplifying on its departments,  besides its rule in pursuiting of absconders and violator of the residence law in the country.

That’s came during the meeting of The senior leadership of the Committee, which was chaired by him in the headquarters of the administration.
In his statement to "ALKHALEEJ" about the radical solutions to combat the issue of intruders and violators matter , Major General Almenhali said: " the policy of ministry aim to combat this phenomenon, because of that some of legal procedures and rules have been modified to combat after penalty strictness on the violator, and who allow and let them to work and lodge them, in addition to impose high financial fines for the violators  sponsors, some of it reach to prison with fine, year 2011 show a significant reduction in the proportion of violators than the year 2010.
