Graduation of 246 Associates From 12 Courses Organized by “Citizenship and Residency” Institute

Brigadier General Dr. Abdullah Ali Bin Sahoo, General Manager of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Sharjah, attended the graduation ceremony of 12 sessions organized by the Emirates Institute of citizenship and residency in Abu Dhabi, AlAin, Sharjah, Ras AlKhaimah, Umm AlQuwain and Fujairah, Which is 3 courses for excellence in customer service, and two sessions on the ethics of the profession of security, and a course on processing of the crews and vessels and vehicles - the American experience, and the session for the collection and analysis of intelligence information - Australian experience, a course for the development of leadership skills, and the law and the work of entry and residence of foreigners, and anti- human trafficking and victims assist, strategic planning, and planning of the strategy, monitoring and evaluation. These courses attended by 246 associate, from the Departments of Naturalization and Residency, ports, and departments of the Ministry of the Interior.

Brigadier General Abdullah Bin Sahoo in a speech on this occasion, stressed the importance of holding such sessions to raise knowledge, which is considered one of the basic necessities for the success of the administrative process, and develop employees capabilities and raise their skills to enable them to do their jobs efficiently and competently, expressing his hope take advantage from the Australia and other countries experiences in this Regard, calling on the graduates to apply what they have learned in various field of their work.

Major Mohammed Saeed AlAameri, director of the Emirates Institute of Citizenship and Residency, delivered a speech in which he said: "These courses are a new addition to increase the experiences and skills of employees of the nationality, residence and ports, to achieve the vision and mission of the Ministry of the Interior, and in line with strategy of the sector of nationality, residency and ports, then he extended his thanks and appreciation to all whom take part in the success of these courses.

Jawdat O'Neill, Regional Director for the "Department of Immigration and Nationality - Australia" in the Middle East, delivered a speech during which he expressed the hope for continued cooperation between the Institute's Department of Immigration and Nationality Australia, and hold more of these courses in the future.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, Brigadier General Abdullah bin Sahoo, accompanied by Jawdat O'Neill and Major Mohammed AlAameri, they distributed the certificates to the graduates, and honor the lecturers, were exchanged memorial shields between the Emirates Institute of citizenship, residence and the Department of Immigration and Citizenship in Australia.

The graduation ceremony was attended by Colonel Saeed Salem AlShamsi, General Manager of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi, Colonel Abdullah Ali Abdullah, Director of Information and Follow-up Department in Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Abu Dhabi, and a number of officers in the nationality, residency and ports.
