Workshop on “Customer Service Centers” Rating

 General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Sharjah, organized yesterday morning, the first introductory workshop entitled: "Steps Toward Distinct Governmental Services", in the framework of preparations for the project evaluation in accordance with the classification criteria for customer service centers project, "7-Stars".

The workshop aimed at educating staff with the project requirements and standards, including the effectiveness of collecting services in bunches, and provide it in accordance with the method of enhancing their value to the customer, and bring added value to them. The workshop was attended by heads of administrations and managers of departments and a large number of front rows staff as the point of contact by the targeted slice for implementation of the project.

The workshop discussed the focus on providing a service that reflects the efficiency and effectiveness of the federal agency, and its ability to reach customers through their preferred channels, in addition to the experience of the client and service efficiency and creativity.
