Emirates Human Rights Association Commends the Decision of Relief Violators From Fines

Emirates Human Rights Association praised the Generous grant of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, may God protect him, and the decision of the Ministers Council 249/5/119 for the year, 2012, under which residents violators of the law of residence of foreigners in the country, has been granted a full two-month grace period, beginning on the date of fourth of December this year, and ending on the fourth of February 2013.

Khalid Al Hosni, Secretary General of Emirates Human Rights Association, he explained that this decision is in favor of all violators on state land, so as not become subjected to legal accountability later, and is clear evidence of the attention of the wise leadership in the state by suffering of some Categories, who were forced by difficult financial circumstances for violating law of residency in the country, and then become unable to pay their fines.
