Occupational Instruction and enlightenment
Preamble:
Occupational culture is considered as the first step for the employee concerning achieving his/her duties, rights, and knowing reasons of his/her development. Occupational culture has great impact upon the performance, productivity and reaction of the employee towards his/her occupation. So, successful employees are the ones who pursue and follow all things relate to their occupations concerning whole sides; whether relating to systems or laws or all what relates to management and developmental sciences, and arts of communications with senior officials, subordinates and customers as well.
Within the said frame, training and performance appraisal branch affiliated to human resources section, during last week, applied Occupational Instruction and Enlightenment programme on 14 employees of UAE national through holding daily lectures for five days executed by:

Finally, there was friendly and daily session of discussions for breaking the ice in the future. Participants were highly cooperated and reacted positively.
As we all know, MOI always does its best concerning the occupational instruction and enlightenment through holding courses, symposiums and conferences which address employees of different categories, nature and interests.
